"Ed arrived before we did, and already started with the exterior inspection. He was very friendly, courteous & professional. He was also very meticulous & methodical in his inspection, and explained each and every step in simple language. To our utmost surprise, he did not even hesitate to get on the crawl space underneath the roof rafters, and literally crawled (the clearance was extremely low for a tall person like Ed) around the entire space (and found some faults). The inspection report was not only prompt, but VERY detailed, and done professionally with pictures, and arrows/circles pointing toward his findings. His price was reasonable. We asked him many questions, and for each one he gave very detailed answers. It shows that he had been in the construction business for a long time. The radon report was few days late, but it was the lab (not Ed) who took bit longer than usual. Regardless, I would most definitely recommend Ed for your home inspection needs. A professional with a great sense of humor."

"Ed was great! He was able to accommodate my work schedule. He arrived earlier than our scheduled time to get a head start on the exterior of the house. There was a slight miscommunication with who was supposed to get the combo to unlock the house, but we were able to figure it out and get in. He's extremely friendly and funny! He was very thorough in explaining the process, what he looks for, what he'll report on and answered any questions we had. He spent a lot of time checking each level and room. He even discovered an ADDITIONAL ROOM THAT WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE HOUSE HAD!! Ed said that we'd receive our inspection reports within 24 hours but when I woke up the next day, the reports were already in my inbox! The report is great because you can click on different highlighted areas to get further information on the various items that he found in the home, such as fixes, and estimate costs to fix. Great service! I definitely recommend him."

"Ed provided more than we expected. He was early for the appointment and completed the inspection within the timeframe he had provided to us. He had been in contact with us prior to the inspection to make sure we understood what we were getting and to answer all of the questions we had. During the inspection, he offered us the opportunity to go through the inspection with him and ask questions as it went on, or to meet with him when he was done to review his results. He was clear on what had to be fixed, what should be fixed, what didn't have to be fixed but wasn't quite right. He provided us multiple opportunities to ask questions during the inspection and during his review of what he found. He explained many things to us that we didn't know. I couldn't have asked for someone to give me a better explanation of the home inspection and what he found. After he was done, he offered to provide some other professionals for some of the other work we need to do. We received his written report about 4 hours later and he called the next day to see if we had any questions. He told us to call him if we came up with more questions. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough."
